JGC-40 weighing feeder: JGC-40 weighing feeder is a high-tech product which integrates electronic belt scale, belt conveyor and feeder control. A microcomputer control system can be set up by industrial computer for continuous metering of loose, powdery and granular materials. Equipment is widely used in electric power, metallurgy, coal, mining, chemical, building materials, food processing and other industries. Functional features: ◆ high precision measurement system, no friction motion, minimal maintenance; ◆ motion system adopts stepless speed regulation, which can adjust feed quantity automatically/manually. Direct tracking and correction can be realized ◆ anti-bias detection and alarm device and belt automatic correction device. ◆ has the functions of automatic accumulation, automatic zero adjustment, automatic interval adjustment, automatic regulation of feed quantity, etc. ◆ weighing sensor adopts double-layer seal, which has good moisture-proof, anti-corrosion performance and long-term working stability; ◆ can realize open-loop or closed-loop control and remote communication, networking with the host computer. Working principle: The conveying metering tape is equipped with an electronic weighing device under which the material weight on the belt machine acts on the weighing sensor to produce a voltage signal proportional to the belt load and fed into the integrator. At the same time, the integrator receives the speed signal from the speed sensor and processes it through the microprocessor in the integrator to generate and display the instantaneous flow rate and the accumulative amount. The flow rate is compared with the set flow rate, and the inverter is controlled by the output signal of the integrator, so as to realize the requirement of quantitative feed.
